is a 501(c)(3) an international not-for-profit organization incorporated in the State of Michigan in the United States. Our expertise in overseeing program implementation and assessing the impact of health initiatives is particularly crucial in environments where resources are scarce.

By ensuring that health programs are executed as intended and by quantifying the effects of these interventions, we strive to improve outcomes for communities grappling with various health issues, including inadequate hygiene and sanitation, high rates of infant and maternal mortality, unwanted pregnancies, and a high prevalence of infectious diseases such as HIV and malaria as well as chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Through program enhancement delivery, PROMES empowers local health organizations to refine their approaches and utilize resources more efficiently.

Our approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the local context. Considering the diversity of cultures around the world, PROMES ensures that members of the evaluation team collectively demonstrate cultural competence in the context of each evaluation. Cultural competence prevents teams from reinforcing cultural stereotypes and prejudices. This ensures that our evaluations are not only accurate, but also meaningful and actionable for local health providers and policymakers.

Collaborating with PROMES involves investing in a partnership that values integrity, innovation, and the collective goal of enhancing public health globally. Together, we can contribute to building stronger and more resilient health systems that can meet the current and emerging health needs globally.
